Location – BSP manufacturing facility is located in North Carolina at the crossroads of I-77 and I-40, in Elkin, North Carolina, proudly producing an AMERICAN made product. We're easy to contact and are willing to work with you to avoid and eliminate frustrating procurement problems.

Dependable Quality – All products pass rigorous quality acceptance testing prior to shipment. All products are manufactured either to customer specific or industry specifications.

Customized Products – Our turnaround time for customized products is extremely short. We can provide roll widths up to 84 inches, incremental densities, and thicknesses in 1/8th inch increments. We also offer zero organic and pre-shrunk versions for various products.

Pre-cut sheet goods – for those preferring to avoid labor expenditures on cutting parts, we can provide pre-cut sheet goods pieces. This can save the typical 10% cutting loss factor and associated costs to handle and store materials. Plus, buying pre-cut sheet goods means only paying freight for usable parts, an added savings on freight.

Remnant Buy-Back Program – Tired of throwing away cutting remnants? If so, we might be able to "buy them back" and re-use your leftovers. Use the added cash flow for other opportunities!

Delivery of the right product on time – late or defective shipments translate into needless production downtime, expensive re-work, and worse than all, loss of a customer. Control of overhead costs is of utmost importance to remain competitive. You can be assured of on-time delivery of quality products.

Non-Respirable Materials – we use only non-respirable fibers in our blankets, no rock wools, mineral wools, or ceramic fibers.
